A Holistic Nutritionist takes into account the WHOLE picture which includes not only nutrition but also fitness level, stress factors, community supports, family and work life, emotional and physical environment, personal likes/dislikes and lifestyle. I will partner with you to help you achieve your goals and optimal health.

Doctors only take into account the symptoms and not the root cause, why just DEAL with your symptoms instead of putting your system into homeostasis, achieving optimal health and living the way you were designed to. If you can get them to pay for it I say go for it!

You do need to have "complementary" services with your company so please check with them. The companies that I know cover my services are Manulife, OTIP RAEO(teachers), Great West Life, Claimsecure, IA Insurance, Industrial Alliance, TD Bank and YMCA plans, Greensheild and GB Insurance. I am sure there are more, can't hurt to ask yours!

I can provide you with an invoice to make sure you are covered before we go ahead in case you aren't sure. If you are anything like me, you enjoy getting surprises but not the ones you have to pay!

I am happy to take your money many different ways. I accept email transfers, cash, coins from your kids piggy bank and I even accept Canadian tire money.

Seriously though, you can pay through my site at this time I only accept email transfers or cash but I am open to offers to barter services. You never know unless you ask......
